The Stafford Act Solution Package (SASP) is an integrated set of technology tools that assists local and state
emergency management agencies in creating and maintaining detailed mitigation plans to support
compliance with Section 322 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act of the Disaster Mitigation Act of
2000. SASP includes five major components used to develop, write,
collate, publish, modify, approve and then update/maintain the mitigation plan.

This electronic document may then be printed and distributed for review, modification and promulgation.

This powerful desktop analysis and mapping software, the flagship product of Visual Risk Technologies, lets emergency planners plot natural and man-made hazards over detailed maps of their jurisdictions. The potentially impacted areas can be defined and comprehensive reports of facilities, lifelines, and infrastructure created. These facility reports and associated hazard maps are then uploaded to MitigationPlan.com for inclusion in the mitigation plan.

14 Days of Training (2 consultants). The Visual Risk team comes on-site for all projects for installation
and setup of software as well as organized training workshops addressing website access and use of MitigationPlan.com and
VRiskMAP™. We conduct the mitigation planning workshops with all participants utilizing the MitigationPlan.com website so that emergency planners begin development/creation of their mitigation plans during the training.
