O.J. Milano – President and Chief Executive Officer
In his role
as President and CEO, Mr. Milano is responsible for the daily operations of
Visual Risk. He joined the company in 1999 upon retiring as a Colonel following
over 28 years of service in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Milano provides
VRT with leadership in planning and direction of complex operations.
John Minor – Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Minor
leads Visual Risk's software and technology development operations. Mr. Minor
delivers significant experience designing and developing software applications
and a proven ability to lead teams through sophisticated technical challenges.
He has significant experience designing and developing risk and reliability
software applications and integrated information technology systems in academic
research, government, and commercial production environments. Mr. Minor also has significant
expertise in Geographic Information Systems and advanced methods for utilizing
spatial data to support risk reduction and consequence analyses. In addition, he
has served in a number of leadership roles related to emergency management,
emergency medical, and hazardous materials operations. Mr. Minor received his
M.S. in Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
Emily Goodenough – Vice President
Ms.
Goodenough is responsible for overseeing Visual Risk's consulting services and
technical support. She has over 17 years of experience in leading consulting
projects, designing software applications, and data analysis. Ms Goodenough's
areas of expertise include geographic information systems, methodology
development, hazardous material routing, risk ranking, risk assessment and
emergency response planning for both transportation networks and fixed
facilities. Ms. Goodenough holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from
Vanderbilt University and serves as a member of the Transportation Research
Board's Committee on Transportation of Hazardous Materials.
