- O.J. Milano – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Milano joined the company in 1999 upon retiring as a Colonel with over 28 years
of service in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Milano provides VRT with strategic
leadership, planning, and management.
- John Minor – President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Minor is responsible for all aspects of VRT’s project delivery and technology
development operations. Mr. Minor's key activities include developing and executing
corporate strategy, business planning and growth, new partnerships and venture propositions,
and leadership of internal teams. He also actively participates in management of
large-scale and high-value projects. He specializes in designing and developing
safety and security risk management software applications and integrated information
technology systems in both government and commercial production environments. Mr.
Minor holds a M.S. in Environmental Management & Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
In addition to his technology and engineering background, he has served in a number
of leadership roles related to emergency management, emergency medical, and hazardous
materials operations.
- Emily Goodenough – Vice President

Ms. Goodenough is responsible for overseeing Visual Risk's consulting services and
technical support. She has over 17 years of experience in leading consulting projects,
designing software applications, and data analysis. Ms Goodenough's areas of expertise
include geographic information systems, methodology development, hazardous material
routing, risk ranking, risk assessment and emergency response planning for both
transportation networks and fixed facilities. Ms. Goodenough holds B.S. and M.S.
degrees in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University and serves as a member of
the Transportation Research Board's Committee on Transportation of Hazardous Materials.
- Mark Lepofsky – Vice President

Dr. Lepofsky leads Visual Risk’s Washington, DC operations and brings more than
22 years of experience in transportation-related research in risk, safety, and security
for federal, state, and industry clients. A certified Project Management Professional,
Dr. Lepofsky has extensive experience and success in project and program management,
customer support, and business development. Key efforts have focused on hazmat and
general freight transportation, data analysis, regulatory evaluation, training,
and outreach. Dr. Lepofsky has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University,
all with a focus on transportation. Dr. Lepofsky chairs the Transportation Research
Board's Committee on Transportation of Hazardous Materials.
- Mike Gibson – Director, Technology

Mr. Gibson has designed and programmed computer software for over 35 years. His
expertise spans the entire software development life cycle, including the management
of software teams that design and develop complex integrated systems. His specialties
include ground-up geospatial application development utilizing ESRI MapObjects and
ArcObjects code libraries in both web-based and desktop environments. He has also
pioneered a variety of software technologies related to risk analysis for the transportation
sector. Mr. Gibson has an extensive and varied background developing models, multi-parameter
GIS network routing algorithms, and geospatial processing/analysis routines. Mr.
Gibson earned his B.S. in Physics and Mathematics from University of North Alabama.
